XVth Century Banners - Saint Jude banners

Voici le premier pack de bannières. Il s'agit d'un pack presque complet de bannières d'une compagnie non recensée dans la description de Commynes. Il s'agit de la compagnie de Saint Jude dont de nombreux exemplaires ont été conservés dans les musées Suisses. j'ai classé ces bannières comme étant de type II. 

 Il existe 3 types de bannières de ce type : 

• Une bannière principale de forme triagulaire, à deux queue de grandes dimensions
• Une bannière triangulaire de dimension plus réduite
• une bannière rectangulaires que nous appellerons des pennons (pour les troupes à pied)

On retrouve beaucoup de ces bannières dans les ouvrages des FahnenBuch. Il est difficile de savoir quand ces compagnies ont été créées, S'agit-il de compagnies complétant ou remplaçant les 20 compagnies initiales, il n'y a quasiment aucunes informations sur celles-ci. 

Here is the first banner pack. It is an almost complete pack of banners of a company not listed in the description of Commynes. It is about the company of Saint Jude of which many specimens were preserved in the Swiss museums. I classified these banners as being of type II. 

 There are 3 types of banners of this type: 

• A main banner of triagular form, with two tails of large dimensions
• A triangular banner of smaller dimensions
• A rectangular banner that we will call pennons (for the troops on foot)

We find many of these banners in the works of the FahnenBuch. It is difficult to know when these companies were created, if they were companies completing or replacing the 20 initial companies, there is almost no information on them.
